Crowtec is responsible for the data handled through this site. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
Data we handle
When you write to [email protected]: your name, email address and whatever you include in the message.
When you accept analytics: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and visit time, in aggregate. The site has no forms and no accounts.
Purpose and legal basis
Replying to your message and, if it leads there, preparing a proposal: our legitimate interest and steps you ask for before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f).
Measuring how the site is used: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Messages: for as long as we need them to reply to you and to meet our legal obligations. Analytics: up to 14 months.
Who receives it
Only the email and analytics services we use to run the site, under a data processing agreement. When one of them is outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the European Commission standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected]. If you think we have not handled your data correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
