Renting a home without visiting it.
SinVisitas lets people rent a home in Madrid entirely online: virtual visits, digital paperwork, online payment and digital contracts. We built the web platform and its API, with a control panel for homes, owners and tenants.
Behind the tenant's side sits a control panel for the team that runs it, eleven screens from sign-up and login to two dashboards, a record and form for every home, owner management and profiles, all designed by Chisco Álvarez. We built the web app and its API starting in 2020 and kept developing them, through a 2.0 version in 2022.
