Bluequo set out to match scale-ups with fractional talent: experienced leaders, advisors and board members who join a fast-growing company for as long as it needs them, instead of a full-time hire. In 2022 we started building it with them.
In three months we turned their definitions into a product: onboarding with profiles filled from LinkedIn, a matching process between companies and experts, offers, chat, contracts signed on the platform and ratings on both sides. Underneath went a Node.js API in AdonisJS on PostgreSQL, a Retool back office and a Vue front end with Nuxt, with interface design by Chisco Álvarez.
